What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
In some cases, like requesting a demo or download a case study, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site. Provide us with feedback on our products or services or request a demo or a free workshop.
How do we use your information?

Kindly note: There shall be no liability for breach of the restrictions on the Confidential Information:
(a) If the we can demonstrate from written records that such Confidential Information was already in the public domain or became publicly available through no breach of this Agreement; (b) If we can demonstrate from written records that the Confidential Information was rightfully possessed without obligation of confidence prior to receipt of the same from other Party or that it lawfully obtained said information from a Third Party who was under no obligation of confidence; (c) If we can demonstrate from written records that our employees who had not independently developed such information had access to the Confidential Information; (d) if such Confidential Information is required to be disclosed by us to comply with applicable law or a judicial order or decree.
Do we use ‘Cookies’?

The Federal Trade Commission, United States ’consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
